Addy Matney is a consultant with 20 years of experience in strategic planning, nonprofit board governance, collective impact, facilitation, community relations, and advocacy.
Addy is the Senior Executive Consultant/Vice President of Community Relations for TM Public Relations and works with nonprofits and community groups to strengthen capacity through strategic planning, board development, and organizational assessment. Beginning in June 2022, she also serves as the Executive Director of the Piedmont Health Foundation.
Active in numerous nonprofit and civic organizations, Addy currently serves as a member of the Greenville Transit Authority and the Phillis Wheatley Community Center boards. She is the Chair of the Church Council at Mauldin Methodist Church. She also serves as the Chair of the Community Advisory Board for Family Connects and as a member of the Steering Committees for the Equity in Public Health Initiative, Impact Greenville, and Greenville Connects. Addy was Chair of The Children’s Museum of the Upstate board of directors from 2014 to 2015. She was also the 2015 Chair of the Piedmont Health Foundation’s board of directors and a member of the Transportation Study Task Force.
